Every patient must have a comprehensive
examination before a contact lens evaluation.
This includes:
Medical &Optical history,
Refraction to determine your spectacle prescription, Ocular health exam to evaluate the cornea & retina to rule
out ocular disease, &
Discussion to determine the best type contact to meet
your visual needs. Comprehensive Exams from $60.00
Contact Lens Training:
If you are a
first time wearer our contact lens technician will instruct
you on insertion and removal techniques with a trial
lens,
review cleaning & care regime,
Set up a wearing schedule, &
schedule you a follow up for Dr. Seymour to evaluate the
CL fit. Contact Lens Instruction $25.00
Contact Lens Fit:
For new CL wearers, after
wearing a trial lens for an adaptation
period, Dr. Seymour will:
Evaluate the Cl fit and determine the best curvature and
diameter.

Contact Lens Evaluation for Previous
CL Wearers:
Once properly fit, a yearly
Comprehensive exam & CL evaluation are required to
assure ocular health & prescription refinements. If you
wish to change brand or type of contact lens an

Contact Lens Check Ups:
Some CL fits are more
complex and require additional check ups to
acquire a proper fit. Complications can
sometimes occur after the fitting and may require
a check up to solve the problem. Contact Lens Checks from $25.00
